Southern tartare roll

Recipe for 4 people

Ingredients

  • 200 gram prepared tartare steak
    (Art. Nr. 18022 – Prepared tartare steak)
  • 4 rolls
  • 50 g rocket
  • 4 radishes, in slices
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 40 g grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper and salt

Preparation

  1. Cut the rolls in half and cover one side with the steak tartare.
  2. Spread the rocket, radish slices, cherry tomatoes and the grated parmesan over it.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.
  4. Cover with the other halve of the roll and serve.
